Ballakermeen High School’s dolphin was designed and created by students from years 7 to 11 who attend their ‘Balla Bookworms Reading Group’. They took book covers from books about the sea and created a collage over which they then placed lines from poems about the sea. The names of almost 50 students who helped to create this dolphin are included around the base, along with a list of poems from which the lines were taken.
